PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy describes how Talon Logistics LLC ("DollarCense") collects, uses, shares, and retains personal information in connection with dollarcense.com (the "Site") and DollarCense products, subscriptions, and services. DollarCense is committed to handling personal information responsibly and in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

DATA COLLECTED

DollarCense collects the following categories of data:

• Email addresses and related subscriber attributes submitted through Beehiiv newsletter signup forms.
• Course enrollment data — including name, email, course progress, and completion status — processed through Thinkific.
• Payment data collected and processed by Stripe and ClickBank. DollarCense does not store full card numbers or banking credentials; payment processing is handled entirely by the applicable third-party processor under its own terms and security controls.
• Website analytics collected through Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-29T3N1JTBN), including referring URL, browser and device characteristics, approximate geographic location, session duration, and interactions with Site content.
• Advertising data collected through the Meta Pixel for campaign attribution and retargeting purposes.
• Conversions API ("CAPI") data transmitted from DollarCense servers to Meta through a Cloudflare Worker for server-side event reporting.

HOW DATA IS USED

DollarCense uses personal information to: (a) deliver newsletters and subscription content; (b) provision and maintain access to paid courses and digital products; (c) provide customer support and respond to inquiries; (d) measure, attribute, and optimize advertising campaigns; (e) analyze Site usage and improve the Site and DollarCense products; (f) detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents; (g) comply with applicable legal obligations.

DATA SHARING

DollarCense shares personal information only with the service providers necessary to operate the Site and DollarCense products, and only to the extent required for those providers to perform their functions. These service providers currently include Beehiiv, Thinkific, Stripe, ClickBank, Google (for Google Analytics), Meta (for advertising and conversion attribution), and Cloudflare (for CDN, DNS, and server-side CAPI transport). Each service provider operates under its own privacy policy and data-processing terms.

DollarCense does not sell personal information to third parties. DollarCense does not share personal information with data brokers or list-rental services. DollarCense may disclose personal information where required by law, in response to a lawful subpoena or court order, or to protect DollarCense's legal rights.

USER RIGHTS

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information DollarCense holds about you by contacting DollarCense at the address listed at [email protected]. DollarCense will respond within the timelines required by applicable law.

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and equivalent local laws, including the rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.

If you are a resident of California, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA"), including the rights to know, delete, correct, limit the use of sensitive personal information, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. DollarCense does not sell personal information within the meaning of the CCPA.

COOKIES

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics (Google Analytics), advertising attribution and retargeting (Meta Pixel), and basic Site functionality. You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings or through any cookie preference control DollarCense makes available on the Site. Disabling cookies may degrade certain Site features.

DATA RETENTION

DollarCense retains personal information for the following periods:

• Email subscriber data — retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
• Course enrollment data — retained for the duration of your course access plus one (1) year after access ends, for continuity of support and audit purposes.
• Analytics data — retained in accordance with the default retention settings of Google Analytics 4, currently fourteen (14) months for event-level data.
• Advertising and CAPI event data — retained in accordance with Meta's default retention periods for pixel and CAPI events.
• Payment and transaction records — retained by the applicable payment processor; DollarCense retains summary records as necessary for accounting, tax, and legal compliance.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

The DollarCense Site and service providers operate primarily in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, personal information you submit will be transferred to and processed in the United States under applicable safeguards.

CHILDREN

The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and DollarCense does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe DollarCense has collected personal information from a child under 13, contact DollarCense at the address listed at [email protected] and DollarCense will delete that information.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

DollarCense may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When the Policy is updated, the revised Policy will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers through email or through prominent Site notice.
